Sweet Trifecta: Hershey’s, M&M’s, and Coca-Cola World

Sweet Spots for Family Fun in Las Vegas

While we are not advocates of spending a lot of time on the Strip when in Las Vegas with kids, we do make an exception for this afternoon or early evening excursion to the South Strip: The Sweet Trifecta!

The Sweet Trifecta is Hershey’s Chocolate World, M&M’s World, and Coca-Cola World. These three unique attractions are easy places to have fun for kids and parents alike, offering plenty of photo ops and sweet treats you won’t find in many other locations.

Conveniently located within a five-minute walk of each other, these spots are easy to explore on foot. And while you're strolling, you’ll get a dose of the Strip’s lights and excitement—without stepping foot in a casino. Each destination is unique, but together they form a recipe for a truly memorable day with the family.

Hershey’s Chocolate World

Connected to the New York-New York Hotel (there is a door straight off the Boulevard), this Hershey’s Chocolate World is one of only five locations in the word - and the only one you’ll find between Singapore and the original in Hershey, PA!

While here the whole family can enjoy:

  • Tour a chocolate factory to see how those iconic Hershey’s treats are made.
  • Sample chocolates in a tasting experience that’s as educational as it is delicious.
  • Stock up on a massive selection of Hershey’s products, including exclusive items you won’t find elsewhere.

From the giant Reese’s displays to the mouthwatering smell of chocolate in the air, this spot is sure to win over even the most skeptical young adventurer. Don’t be surprised if you leave with a bag—or two—of goodies!

M&M’s World

Right across the street is M&M’s World, a four-story explosion of color and candy that will leave kids wide-eyed with excitement. This is the first ever M&M’s World, established in 1997. One of only nine in the world.

Highlights include:

  • A 50-foot wall of M&M’s candies in every color you can imagine.
  • A personalized printer that lets you design your very own M&M’s with custom messages, images, and colors.
  • Tons of M&M’s-themed merchandise, from toys to T-shirts.

The sheer scale of the store is an experience in itself. And trust me, designing your own M&M’s is the kind of keepsake your kids will talk about long after you’ve returned home.

Coca-Cola World

Located right next to the colorful chocolate characters is the Coca-Cola Store Las Vegas (we still call it Coca-Cola World). One of only three such locations (The Coke museum in Atlanta and another Store at Epcot), this is another indoor location that offers a cool, refreshing escape from the heat. But most importantly, it offers a unique bubbly experience that’s fun for everyone. The highlights here are hard to beat:

  • Take the 110-foot Coke-bottle elevator for a unique view of the space.
  • Try the “Around the World” experience, which offers a tasting flight of 24 Coca-Cola  beverages from different countries. (Spoiler alert: some flavors are more “interesting” than tasty, but that’s half the fun!)
  • Snap a picture with the lovable Coca-Cola Polar Bear mascot, who’s always ready for a hug and a selfie.

Between the strange colored sodas and the endless array of Coke-themed merchandise, this A/C oasis is a lot of fun.

Why Bother with this Sweet Trifecta?

All three locations are air-conditioned, very close together, and have great kid-friendly energy. Whether your little ones are picking out candy colors or your teenagers are daring each other to taste strange sodas from exotic locales, these stops are sure to create sweet memories.

Pro Tip: Head to Coca-Cola World last to cool off and wind down after the high-energy fun of the candy spots. There is a nice place to sit down on the second floor, overlook the Strip, and drink those soft drink concoctions.

If your family loves unique experiences with iconic American brands, this trio of attractions will be worthy of your Las Vegas trip.
